Erik is the Director of Training at A.C.T.A. and his background is extensive: 6th Degree Black Belt Master Trainer, Combat Hand Gunning Instructor, Force on Force Instructor, Certified Law Enforcement Tactical Tracker, Former Colorado Ranger, Certified NRA Pistol and Rifle Instructor, Professional Teacher Teaching at a Local University, Bachelor of Science in Physics, Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, 12 years DoD research, and a Retired U.S. Navy Veteran.
Rose has been training in handguns for over 15 years. She graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in Human Services and then went on to get her masters degree in Gerontology. Rose is an NRA Certified Pistol Instructor, and she has attended several elite combat handgunning schools across the country. Rose specializes in opening the "good-ole-boys" closed doors of the gun world to the ladies of Southern Oregon. Rose recognizes that the gun world is dominated by men and that can be intimidating to some women, Rose's goal is to provide a safe female friendly enviorment where women can get the training needed to protect themselves.
